t is our goal to publish volumes on architecture, design, and the built environment with the same energy and thought process that goes into making good buildings, and living and working spaces.

We study the body of work we are thinking about publishing, investigating the issues it brings to light, the standards it calls into question, and its context, which includes current architectural, as well as social, political, and cultural conditions.

We then identify a program or concept for the volume, which embodies the essential qualities of the work it presents in an effort to promote a comprehensive sensual, as well as intellectual understanding of the subject. We address every editorial concern, including the choice of author, editor, art director, and graphic designer, with this program in mind as we strive to create a unique and unified book.

Like good architecture, our volumes do not follow a standard format or maintain a consistent look. We attempt instead to reflect the specific nature of the work we publish and provide readers with not only a document of the innovative or new, but also insight into the architectural process.

We hope you enjoy the diversity of our publications and look forward to documenting the future of the built environment.
